Fill the Plate

The paper "fill my base and bats" flyer every travel team already hands out, rebuilt for a phone. Every player gets a plate of $5–$100 squares. Family and friends tap a square, pay by Venmo, done in a minute. Every dollar is credited to that player. 100% goes to the team.

How it works

Every player gets a page. Their plate, their goal, their progress bar. Families share one link by text or Facebook.
Donors pick squares. One or several. Name, optional shout-out, then a Venmo button with the amount already filled in. Cash and checks work too.
Squares fill up live on everyone's phone. Taken squares show the donor's initials.
The coach sees everything. Reserved vs. paid per player, one page. Families mark cash and checks paid on their own link.
It ends on a date. A countdown on every page, a final-48-hours push, and a thank-you post with the total.
